❓ Will I have any problems picking up medication from the post office?
✅ No. The activity we are engaged in is legal in Ukraine. You are only a recipient who cannot have any problems. You are a consumer. At most, they can force you to pay additional fees (it happened twice in Canada, people paid an additional $21 CAD).
❓ What are the delivery times?
✅ 10-24 days after shipment on average. Exception - if the package is lost, or customs detained it, or strikes or other circumstances (as was the case in Canada).

✅ In the USA - USPS, in Canada - Canada Post.
❓ My packages are being stolen. What should I do?
✅ For an additional 200 UAH, we will deliver exclusively to your hands with a signature or to a post office.
❓ Can you deliver to Europe?
✅ Yes, but only in Western European countries.
❓ How to pay if you don't have a Ukrainian card?
✅ You can pay via PaySend or Western Union. There is automatic conversion from dollars to hryvnias.
