Description

Cordia oil, thanks to its active ingredients (alpha-humulene and trans-caryophyllene), is known for its potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity through its effects on cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, prostaglandin E2, COX2 and NF-κB. In addition, cordia oil promotes epidermal remodeling and increases collagen distribution.

Composition

Cordia Verbenacea Oil (Essential Oil), Cetostearyl Alcohol, Cetyl, Dicaprylyl Ether, Squalene HMTCH, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Glycerin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium Edetate Dihydrate and Purified Water.

Indications for use

It is used as an adjuvant for tendinitis (inflammation of tendon tissue), arthritis, myofascial pain syndrome (a syndrome characterized by prolonged pain in the fascia - soft connective tissue); for pain in various parts of the back; for inflammatory conditions associated with limb injuries; for sprains and hematomas (bruises).

Method of administration and doses

The cream is applied externally in a thin layer to the area of skin where pain is felt, 2-3 times a day. The duration of use is from 1 to 2 weeks and can be extended to 4 weeks. The duration of use depends on the person's condition. Aceflan is intended for use by adults.

Contraindication

Aceflan is contraindicated in the following situations:

persons with hypersensitivity to Cordia verbenacea or any other component of the cream.

in case of tissue integrity disorders (e.g. wounds, burns, infected lesions, etc.)

Reservation

Aceflan cream is for external use only and should not be taken internally.

The cream should not be used together with other products for external use.

The cream may rarely cause increased local sensitivity. Acheflan cream does not irritate the mucous membrane of the eyes. However, in case of contact with the eyes, it is recommended to rinse the affected area with water.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

This remedy should not be used by pregnant women without consulting a doctor.

Side effects

There are no reports of side effects associated with the use of Cordia Verbenacea or the components of the drug.

Expiration date

Acheflan cream is suitable for 36 months from the date of manufacture.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature (15 to 30°C) in a place protected from light.

Keep out of reach of children.

Aceflan cream is available in 30 g tubes.
