Recommendations for use

It can be recommended as a source of vitamins and microelements during periods of seasonal hypovitaminosis, chronic stress and fatigue, intense emotional and mental stress, as well as in conditions that require increased consumption of vitamins and microelements: during rehabilitation after infectious chronic diseases, with dietary restrictions.

Dosage and use

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times a day during or after meals.

Contraindication

Individual intolerance to components, childhood, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hypercalcemia, vitamin D deficiency, Nirkiv osteodystrophy with hyperphosphatemia, calcium nephrourolithiasis.

Reservation

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and do not use as a substitute for a complete diet.
