Oral drops "Aesculus compositum" are used in the complex treatment of peripheral circulatory disorders: diabetic angiopathy of the vessels of the lower extremities of II-III degree, varicose veins, including hemorrhoids, obliterating endarteritis of the lower extremities and their gangrenous state, post-stroke and post-infarction states, pressure sores, dyscirculatory encephalopathy.

Acidum benzoicum e resina D4 - 1 g; Aesculus hippocastanum D1 - 10 g; Apis mellifica D4 - 1 g; Arnica montana D3 - 1 g; Arteria suis D10 - 1 g; Baptisia tinctoria D4 - 1 g; Barium iodatum D6 - 1 g; Colchicum autumnale D4 - 1 g; Cuprum metallicum D13 - 1 g; Echinacea D2 - 1 g; Eupatorium cannabinum D3 - 1 g; Hamamelis virginiana D4 - 1 g; Natrium pyruvicum D8 - 1 g; Nicotiana tabacum D10 - 1 g; Rhus toxicodendron D4 - 1 g; Ruta graveolens D4 - 1 g; Secale cornutum D3 - 1 g; Solanum dulcamara D4 - 1 g; Solanum nigrum D6 - 1 g; Viscum album D2 - 1 m

Excipients: ethanol 96%, purified water.

The drug contains 35% vol. ethanol 96%.

1 ml of the drug contains 21 drops.

Contraindication

hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family (including Arnica, Echinacea), poison ivy family, mistletoe or other components of the drug; tuberculosis, leukemia, oncological diseases, inflammatory diseases of connective tissues (collagen diseases, including rheumatism, systemic lupus erythematosus), autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, diseases of the blood system, AIDS, HIV infection, immunosuppression or immunodeficiency of various etiologies and other chronic viral diseases; chronic granulomatous diseases and autoimmunopathies, hyperthyroidism with unbalanced metabolic disorders; acute inflammatory and febrile conditions; should not be used for thyroid dysfunction without consulting a doctor.

Method of application

Single dose: adults - 10 drops 3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. Dissolve the drops in 10 ml of water and drink, holding in the mouth for a few seconds (you can not dissolve, but immediately drip under the tongue). In case of an attack of pain in the lower extremities, which is accompanied by lameness, a single dose is recommended to be taken every 15 minutes until the condition improves, but not more than 2 hours. Then switch to taking - 3 times a day.

The course of treatment is 4-6 weeks. If necessary, repeat the course of treatment after 2-3 weeks (after consulting a doctor).

Side effects

In rare cases, adverse reactions from the digestive tract or skin reactions may occur, including a few days after use.

In very rare cases, allergic reactions may occur in individuals with hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family (e.g. Arnica, Echinacea) or other components of the drug.

After using drugs containing Echinacea extracts, adverse reactions from the digestive tract (nausea, abdominal pain); menstrual disorders; acne, rash, redness, itching, urticaria; agitation, sleep disturbances, rarely - facial swelling, difficulty breathing (dyspnea), dizziness and decreased blood pressure were observed.
