Composition

Soft gelatin capsules; No. 30.
Composition per 1 capsule: ethyl esters of omega-3 acids - 280 mg vitamin E - 65 mg coenzyme Q10 - 30 mg zinc (as zinc oxide) - 15 mg vitamin A - 1765 mcg biotin - 150 mcg selenium (as sodium selenite) - 100 mcg;

excipients: gelatin, glycerin, colloidal silicon dioxide, sunflower oil, dyes: kandurin, black iron oxide (E172), carmoisine (E122).

Indication

Use as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of antioxidants, biotin, coenzyme Q10, Omega-3 acids and trace elements to maintain normal condition and protect skin, nails and hair from the harmful effects of free radicals.

Vitamins A and E are antioxidants that prevent damage to cellular structures by free radicals and prevent premature aging.

Biotin is a source of sulfur, participates in the synthesis of collagen protein, thus positively affecting the structure of skin, hair and nails.

Omega-3 is a class of polyunsaturated fatty acids that our body cannot synthesize on its own. It has been proven that daily consumption of Omega-3 acids prevents cardiovascular diseases, joint inflammation, improves vision, skin and hair condition.

Coenzyme Q10 is a reliable protection against UV radiation to reduce pigmentation and prevent the appearance of wrinkles.

Zinc - has an antibacterial effect, which is important for skin care after cosmetic procedures. Regulates the activity of the sebaceous glands, helps to cope with oily sheen and improve skin condition.

Selenium is a mineral with antioxidant properties. It is necessary for many processes in the body.

Reservation

Increased individual sensitivity to the product components, pregnancy and lactation.

Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Method of administration and doses

Adults take 1 capsule orally per day, during or after meals, for 30 days, without chewing, with water if necessary.

Repeat the course if necessary after 3-6 months.
