In-Aliter tablets are indicated for:
in essential hypertension in adult patients; if additional blood pressure control is required when using perindopril as monotherapy.
Composition
Active ingredients: perindopril, indapamide.
1 tablet contains: 2 mg perindopril tert-butylamine, which is equivalent to 1.669 mg perindopril and 0.625 mg indapamide.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone; sodium bicarbonate; colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Contraindication
Contraindications for the use of perindopril:
Hypersensitivity to perindopril or to any other ACE inhibitor; history of angioedema (Quincke's edema) associated with previous treatment with an ACE inhibitor; congenital or idiopathic angioedema; pregnancy or planning to become pregnant; concomitant use with aliskiren-containing products, diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate <60 ml/min/1.73 m2); concomitant use with the combination of sacubitril/valsartan; significant bilateral renal artery stenosis or stenosis of the artery to a solitary kidney.
Contraindications to the use of indapamide:
hypersensitivity to indapamide or any other sulfonamides; severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min) (for dosages 2 mg/0.625 mg, 4 mg/1.25 mg and 8 mg/2.5 mg); moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance <60 ml/min) (for dosage 8 mg/2.5 mg); hepatic encephalopathy; severe liver dysfunction; hypokalemia; this drug is contraindicated in combination with non-antiarrhythmic drugs, may cause the development of paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia of the "pirouette" type; breastfeeding period.
Method of application
For oral use.
In-Aliter tablets 2 mg/0.625 mg.
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning before meals. The tablet can be divided into equal doses. If blood pressure does not change after a month of treatment, the dose can be doubled.

Overdose
In case of overdose, a common adverse reaction is hypotension, which may sometimes be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, convulsions, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, oliguria, which may progress to anuria (due to hypovolemia). Water and electrolyte imbalance (decreased potassium and sodium levels in the blood plasma), renal failure, hyperventilation, tachycardia, palpitations (increased heart rate), bradycardia, anxiety, cough may occur.
First aid measures include rapid removal of the drug from the body - gastric lavage and/or administration of activated charcoal, after which the water and electrolyte balance is normalized in a hospital setting.
Side effects
Perindopril: dizziness, headache, paresthesia, dysgeusia, visual impairment, tinnitus, hypotension, cough, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, constipation, dyspepsia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, itching, rash, muscle cramps and asthenia
Indapamide: hypersensitivity reactions, mainly dermatological, in patients with a predisposition to allergic and asthmatic reactions and maculopapular rash.
Interaction
Aliskiren. The concomitant use of perindopril and aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus or patients with impaired renal function is contraindicated due to an increased risk of hyperkalemia, worsening of renal function and cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.
Sacubitril/valsartan. Concomitant use of perindopril and the combination of sacubitril/valsartan is contraindicated, as the combination of a neprolysin inhibitor and an ACE inhibitor may increase the risk of angiodystrophy. The combination of sacubitril/valsartan should be administered no earlier than 36 hours after the last dose of perindopril. Perindopril should be administered no earlier than 36 hours after the last dose of sacubitril/valsartan.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C in the original packaging. Keep out of the reach of children.
