Indications for use

ALPE® PrimaDerm Hydrocolloid (dressing) is indicated for partial and complete skin replacement in leg ulcers (e.g., trophic and diabetic), pressure sores, superficial wounds of various origins, abrasions, first and second degree burns.

Creates conditions for accelerated wound healing, promotes removal of fibrinous plaque, dissolution of dead tissue in complex chronic wounds that do not heal. Reduces the likelihood of wound infection and the risk of hypertrophic scars during healing. Dressing change occurs without irritation of granulation and epithelial tissue and is painless for the patient.

ALPE® PrimaDerm Hydrocolloid (bandage) can also be used as a protective dressing on intact skin or on skin where signs of friction or pressure damage are beginning to appear (e.g., bedsores).

Method of application

• thoroughly clean and dry the wound and the surrounding skin;
• remove the bandage from the paper bag, remove the protective paper;
• apply a bandage to the damaged area;
• After applying the bandage, it is recommended to heat its surface with the warmth of your hand for better adhesion.

Reservation

• do not use if the packaging is damaged;
• Do not reuse; reuse may lead to infection.
• do not use if you are hypersensitive to the components of the medical product;
• do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package;
• discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
