Composition
Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), millet seed extract (Panicum miliaceum L.) DER 4:1, capsule shell: gelling agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L-cysteine, keratin, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), concentrated purple carrot juice, biotin.

Indications for use
It can be recommended as an additional source of keratin and para-aminobenzoic acid and biologically active substances of brewer's yeast, millet extract, L-cysteine and biotin to maintain the normal condition of hair, skin, nails and energy metabolism. Promotes normal absorption of macronutrients.

According to open, publicly available sources of information, the components that make up the dietary supplement have the following properties:
Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) – contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates, biologically active trace elements, a large amount of B vitamins (B1, B2, PP, folic and para-aminobenzoic acids) and mineral salts (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium). Promotes rapid hair growth and strengthening. Acts as an antioxidant, slowing down the aging process, and helps increase the body's defenses.
Millet seed extract (Panicum miliaceum L.) – contains carbohydrates, starch, rich in amino acids, vitamins and minerals, which play a key role in maintaining normal metabolic processes in hair follicles and skin. Millet extract can significantly improve the condition of hair and skin, prevent hair loss, eliminate dry skin and retain the necessary moisture in it. The extract enhances cellular metabolism, cell proliferation and tissue regeneration, supports skin health. It has been proven that the main active ingredient of millet is miliacin, which stimulates follicles and strengthens hair roots. Silicic acid is another special component of millet extract. It provides the process of restructuring, strengthening hair.
L-cysteine – participates in the processes of skin tissue formation, promotes collagen formation and improves skin elasticity and texture. The use of L-cysteine helps restore structural damage and slows down hair loss in people suffering from various diseases associated with hair loss.
In addition, L-cysteine is a powerful antioxidant, helps neutralize toxic substances and protects the body from the harmful effects of free radicals. And its effect on the regulation of immune system activity is primarily associated with the normalization of the level of pro-inflammatory interleukins.
Keratin is the main component of hair and nails, helps reduce hair loss due to various reasons, improving the hair structure, restoring the natural keratin layer and increasing its resistance to mechanical and chemical influences. Keratin contains about two dozen amino acids and is especially rich in cysteine, which forms disulfide bonds between molecules, giving rigidity and stability to the entire hair structure. The natural level of keratin in hair gives strength, healthy shine and prevents hair breakage. Keratin also promotes the growth of healthy nails, increases their strength and improves their appearance.
Para-aminobenzoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, hair, nails and improves their regeneration. It prevents premature skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles. It is para-aminobenzoic acid that protects the dermis from UV radiation. Vitamin B10 exhibits pronounced antioxidant, immunostimulating, antiviral and antiallergic properties.
Biotin – plays an important role in the normalization of metabolic processes (carbohydrates, fats, proteins) and is necessary for normal growth and development of cells. Biotin is a source of sulfur, which is involved in the synthesis of collagen protein and, as a result, has a positive effect on the structure of the skin (in particular, hair, nails), their strength, elasticity and firmness. Biotin helps reduce the production of TNF-α – a pro-inflammatory cytokine that stimulates the development of inflammation and oxidative stress and plays an important role in massive hair loss. Biotin is necessary for the growth of luxurious and healthy hair.
Thus, on the recommendation of a doctor, ALPENTA can be used as a dietary supplement to the usual diet as an additional source of keratin and para-aminobenzoic acid and biologically active substances of brewer's yeast, millet extract, L-cysteine and biotin in a complex of preventive measures, as a dietary factor:
when the hair structure changes (brittleness, dullness, thinning, increased oiliness or dryness)
to maintain normal functioning of hair, nails and skin
to promote hair regrowth (in case of hair loss, etc.)
to promote growth and increase nail strength in case of brittleness, delamination
to support skin metabolic processes;
to support and promote skin regeneration in case of damage
to support the body during physical and psychological stress
Method of administration and doses
Adults should take 1 capsule per day with meals.
Recommended duration of use: 3–6 months. If necessary, the supplement can be extended or repeated. The break between courses should be 4 months.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (serving).

Do not use in case of increased individual sensitivity to any of the product's components. Not recommended for consumption by children under 18 years of age.
