Recommendations for use
The dietary supplement can be recommended in dietary diets as an additional source of biologically active substances (collagen peptides, essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants from grape seed and green tea extracts), which promote the synthesis of endogenous collagen, in order to maintain the normal functional state of the skin, preserve its firmness and elasticity.

Properties
Collagen hydrolysate is the basis of the body's connective and supporting tissues. In the joint, collagen fibers form a kind of mesh, which is a framework for cartilage, which is responsible for their strength. Collagen helps maintain the elasticity of ligaments, helps strengthen bones. The human body is able to synthesize collagen on its own, but with age this ability decreases, which leads to an increased risk of injuries (dislocations, fractures), the development of various joint diseases, such as osteoarthritis.
Collagen also has a positive effect on the condition of the skin, helping to increase its smoothness and elasticity. It supports the healthy condition of the skin, nails, and hair.
Green tea extract and grape seed extract are sources of natural bioflavonoids procyanidins, which exhibit powerful antioxidant properties, protect the skin from the harmful effects of the external environment, protect it from photoaging, reduce facial swelling, promote cell regeneration and preserve collagen fibers.
The amino acids DL-methionine, L-lysine, and L-cysteine are necessary for the formation of collagen and other proteins that help improve the condition of skin, nails, and hair.
Methionine and choline are a source of free methyl groups, including for the synthesis of lecithin and other phospholipids, and contribute to normal lipid metabolism in the liver.

Inositol (vitamin B8) is a component of amylase, a digestive enzyme that stimulates carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin C, zinc, selenium, and copper have antioxidant properties, prevent the oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and protect the body at the cellular level from the destructive effects of free radicals.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is necessary for blood clotting, collagen synthesis, normal functioning of blood vessels, and the normal condition of bones and cartilage. Promotes iron absorption in the intestines. Increases the body's nonspecific resistance.

Iron is necessary for normal blood formation. It helps transport oxygen in the body and plays a role in the process of cell division.
Silicon is involved in the formation of bones and collagen.
Adults should take 1 capsule once daily, preferably one hour after a meal, or as recommended by a doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
Duration of use: 4-8 weeks, further use and the possibility of a repeat course should be agreed with the doctor.
Reservation
Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product. The effectiveness and safety of consumption during pregnancy or breastfeeding have not been established, therefore it is not recommended to use the dietary supplement during this period.
