Composition

Tablet No. 1 with cherry flavor contains:

vitamins: B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) - 0.72 mg; B9 (folic acid) - 80 mcg; C (ascorbic acid) - 20 mg; beta-carotene - 0.9 mg;
minerals: iron — 8 mg; copper — 0.48 mg.

Tablet No. 2 with orange flavor contains:

vitamins: PP (nicotinamide) - 7.15 mg; C (ascorbic acid) - 20 mg; E (tocopherol acetate) - 4.9 mg; B2 (riboflavin) - 0.8 mg; B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 0.96 mg; beta-carotene - 0.9 mg; minerals: magnesium - 30 mg; zinc - 4.8 mg; manganese - 0.5 mg; selenium - 20 mcg; iodine - 50 mcg.

Tablet No. 3 with vanilla flavor contains:

vitamins: B5 (calcium pantothenate) - 2.4 mg; B9 (folic acid) - 80 mcg; B12 (cyanocobalamin) - 1.05 mcg; D3 (cholecalciferol) - 2.5 mcg; K1 (phytomenadione) - 25 mcg; H (biotin) - 10.5 mcg; minerals: calcium - 135 mg; chromium - 10.5 mcg.

Excipients: dextrose monohydrate filler, polyvinylpyrrolidone, talc, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, natural cherry, orange, vanilla flavors, natural dyes: annatto extract, carmine.

Free from preservatives, artificial flavors and artificial colors. Convenient form of use - chewable tablets with fruit flavor.

Recommendations for use

It can be used in addition to a varied and balanced diet of children from 3 to 7 years old as an additional source of vitamins, trace elements, magnesium and beta-carotene to support the normal functioning of the immune system, adaptation to increased mental, physical and emotional stress. The daily dose of vitamins and minerals is divided into three tablets, taking into account the compatibility of the components. The properties of Alphabet Kindergarten are confirmed by scientific research of the composition. Raw materials and the finished product undergo strict quality control.

The "Iron+" tablet is recommended for taking during breakfast. The iron and vitamin C contained in the tablet prevent the development of anemia, and vitamin B1 is involved in energy metabolism.

The tablet "Antioxidants+" is recommended for taking during lunch. Selenium, zinc, vitamins C, E, A (in the form of beta-carotene), which are part of the tablet, strengthen immunity and help resist harmful environmental factors, vitamins PP, B2 and B6 play an important role in metabolism. The tablet also contains such vital trace elements as magnesium, manganese and iodine.

The "Calcium D3+" tablet is recommended for taking during dinner. Vitamin D3 and calcium in the tablet are especially necessary for the formation of the skeleton during the period of active growth, help strengthen bones and teeth, and reduce the risk of rickets. Calcium and other vitamins and minerals in the tablet are indispensable for the nervous system, muscle development, metabolic processes, and hormone synthesis.

To get the maximum benefit, it is recommended to keep a 4-6-hour interval between taking the tablets that make up the AlfaVit® vitamin and mineral complex.

If the recommended dosing schedule has been violated, the missed pill can be taken together with the next one or three pills can be combined into one dose, but do not exceed the indicated daily dose.

Method of administration and doses

Chew 1 tablet of each type (No. 1, No. 2, No. 3) once a day during meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The interval between taking the tablets is from 4 to 6 hours. If the recommended schedule has been violated, it is allowed to resume taking any of the tablets, including taking the missed tablet together with the next one.

Reservation

Individual intolerance to the product components, hyperthyroidism. This product is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any diseases, and should not be used as a substitute for various diets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use. The duration of the course of administration is 4 weeks, and the further period of use is agreed with the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption.
