Aminol solution for infusions bottle 400 ml No. 1
Pharmacological properties
A balanced mixture of 13 amino acids, 8 of which are essential. When administered intravenously, it is easily absorbed by the body. Provided that energy needs are met, amino acids are included in the biosynthesis of proteins, contribute to a positive nitrogen balance and eliminate protein deficiency.
Indication
Parenteral protein nutrition for hypoproteinemia of various origins due to severe protein loss and the inability or sharp restriction of food intake naturally:
before and after major surgical interventions; surgical interventions on the digestive tract; surgical interventions in maxillofacial surgery; stenosis of various parts of the digestive tract; damage to the esophagus or intestines by caustic substances; craniocerebral injuries; prolonged deep coma; burn disease; diffuse peritonitis; septic conditions, severe suppurative processes; osteomyelitis; hypoparathyroidism; cachexia in oncological diseases; prolonged febrile conditions; severe infectious diseases (meningitis, encephalitis, typhoid fever, cholera); prolonged diarrhea, uncontrollable vomiting; anorexia.Application
Intravenously drip at a rate of 15-25 drops per minute (45-75 ml/hour). For the administration of each 100 ml of the drug, at least 1 hour is required. Before administration, the solution is heated to a temperature of 35-37 °C.
With partial parenteral nutrition, the daily dose is 400-800 ml for 5 days, with full - 400-1200 ml daily until enteral nutrition is restored.
Contraindication
Disturbances in amino acid metabolism, hyperhydration, acute renal failure with increased levels of residual nitrogen in the blood, severe liver dysfunction, metabolic acidosis, severe circulatory disorders.
Side effects
With rapid administration, facial flushing, increased body temperature, dizziness, nausea, headache, and vomiting are possible.
Special instructions
Exceeding the recommended infusion rate leads to incomplete absorption of amino acids and excretion of the drug components in the urine. To ensure more complete absorption of amino acids, it is recommended to combine the administration of the drug with simultaneous infusion of carbohydrate solutions (glucose, etc.), vitamins B1, B6, C.
If necessary, Aminol should be prescribed to patients with decompensated heart failure, renal or hepatic failure, the drug is prescribed in lower doses; in hemorrhagic stroke - taking into account the total volume of fluid administered, which should not exceed 2 l/day.
With long-term administration of Aminol, it is necessary to monitor blood plasma osmolarity, urine nitrogen content, electrolyte levels, blood urea, and CRP daily.
Use only clear solution.
Interactions
It is not recommended to mix with other medicines.
Overdose
Manifested by progressive renal failure, hypersensitivity reactions. In the presence of these phenomena, it is necessary to stop the infusion. To eliminate hypersensitivity reactions, desensitization therapy is performed.
Storage conditions
In a place protected from light at a temperature of 0-25 °C.
