Aminoplasmal 10% E solution for infusions 10% bottle 500 ml No. 10
Aminoplasmal B. Brown 10% E infusion solution is used to administer amino acids for protein synthesis during parenteral nutrition, when oral or enteral nutrition is impossible, insufficient, or contraindications exist.

Contraindication
Contraindications related to solution or parenteral nutrition:
hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; congenital pathologies of amino acid metabolism; severe circulatory diseases with a risk to life (for example, shock); hypoxia; insufficient supply of cells with oxygen; metabolic acidosis, chronic liver diseases; severe renal failure without access to hemofiltration and hemodialysis; increased pathological level in the plasma of one of the electrolytes in the composition of the drug. This solution is not used for the treatment of children under 3 years of age, since the ratio of nutritional components fully meets the special requirements for pediatrics.
Contraindications associated with infusion therapy in general:
decompensated heart failure; acute pulmonary edema; hyperhydration; electrolyte and fluid imbalance.Method of application
The drug should be administered using a sterile infusion system immediately after opening the container.
The dose of the drug is calculated according to the patient's individual need for carbohydrates, amino acids and fluids, depending on the clinical status (nutritional status and/or degree of nitrogen catabolism due to the underlying disease).
The drug can be used as long as there are indications for parenteral nutrition.
The drug is a structural element for protein synthesis. For full parenteral nutrition, simultaneous administration of energy nutrients, essential fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements is necessary.
Application features
Pregnant women
Studies on the use of the drug in women during pregnancy have not been conducted. Therefore, the drug should be used with caution during pregnancy and only after a careful assessment of the benefit/risk ratio.
Children
Used for children aged 3 years and over.
Drivers
No effect.
Overdose
Symptoms of fluid and electrolyte overdose: Overdose or too high an infusion rate may lead to hyperhydration, electrolyte imbalance, and pulmonary edema.
Symptoms of amino acid overdose. In case of overdose, for example, with too rapid infusion, intolerance reactions are possible, which can manifest as nausea, chills, vomiting, headache, metabolic acidosis, hyperammonemia and excretion of unabsorbed amino acids in the urine.
Treatment: In such cases, the infusion should be stopped and resumed after some time at a slower rate.
Side effects
When using the drug, side effects occur relatively rarely, are moderately pronounced and reversible.
Side effects associated with both this specific solution and parenteral nutrition in general may occur, especially at the beginning of infusion therapy.
Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting. Cardiovascular: tachycardia, shortness of breath, increase or decrease in blood pressure. General reactions: headache, fever, shivering, allergic reactions.Interaction
Interactions with other drugs have not been studied.
Storage conditions
Store out of the reach of children, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Do not freeze.
The drug is intended for single use. Unused drug should not be stored. Do not use the drug if the solution is opaque, the bottle shows signs of damage or the seal is broken.
Shelf life - 3 years.
