Composition

active ingredients: 1 ml of the drug contains anise oil 0.0281 g, ammonia solution 10% 0.15 ml;

excipient: diluted ethanol.

1 drop (0.02 ml) contains 70% (0.014 ml) diluted ethanol.

Pharmacodynamics

Combined drug with expectorant effect. Anise oil stimulates the secretion of bronchial glands, ammonia helps to thin phlegm and its easy discharge. In addition, anise oil promotes digestion and has a carminative and antiseptic effect. As a result of treatment, patients' digestion improves, the secretory and motor functions of the stomach and intestines normalize, and flatulence disappears.

In the complex treatment of respiratory diseases: pharyngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis (acute and chronic), bronchopneumonia, whooping cough in children.

Contraindication

Thermopsis, marshmallow, and other expectorants enhance the therapeutic effect of "Nashatyrno-anise drops."

Method of administration and doses

"Nashatyrno-anise drops" should be used internally. Children from 12 to 14 years old - 10-12 drops (dilute in 1 tablespoon of liquid). Adults and children from 14 years old - 10-15 drops (dilute in 1 tablespoon of liquid).

Take "Nashatyrno-anise drops" 3-4 times a day. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the achieved effect, tolerability of the drug and the nature of the complex therapy.

"Nashatyrno-anise drops" should be prescribed in complex therapy with thermopsis, marshmallow and other expectorants, as well as, if necessary, with antibiotics and other anti-inflammatory agents.
