The obstetric amniote is disposable, made of medical polystyrene (or polypropylene) in white.

Appointment

At the rounded end of the amniotome (head) at an angle of 60º, there is a sharp hook, thanks to which it is possible to open the membrane of the amniotic sac without damaging the fetus, the mucous membrane of the cervix, and the delicate skin of the fetus.

Amniote is supplied in sterile packaging and is intended for single use - this eliminates infection of the uterus and fetus.

The sterile amniote is packaged in a separate sterile bag.
