Analgin tablets 0.5 g blister No. 10
Analgin tablets are indicated for mild to moderate pain syndrome of various origins: headache, toothache, neuralgia, radiculitis, myositis, pain during menstruation.
As an adjunct, it can be used to reduce pain after surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Composition
Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains metamizole sodium (analgin) 0.5 g (500 mg);
Excipients: potato starch, calcium stearate, talc.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives (butadione, tribuzone, antipyrine). Severe liver and/or kidney dysfunction. Blood diseases, agranulocytosis, neutropenia, etc. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, bronchial asthma. Children under 12 years of age.
Method of application
Used orally. Adults and children over 12 years of age are usually prescribed 250-500 mg 1-2 times a day. Tablets are taken after meals, washed down with a small amount of water. Duration of taking the drug is no more than 3 days.

Overdose
Symptoms: hypothermia, palpitations, shortness of breath, tinnitus, nausea, vomiting, weakness, drowsiness, delirium, impaired consciousness, convulsive syndrome; possible development of acute agranulocytosis, acute renal and hepatic failure.
Treatment: induction of vomiting, gastric lavage, administration of saline laxatives, activated charcoal and forced diuresis, symptomatic therapy aimed at supporting vital functions.
Side effects
In therapeutic doses, the drug is usually well tolerated. Sometimes allergic reactions (skin rash, Quincke's edema), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Lyell's syndrome, anaphylactic shock are possible. Hematopoiesis is inhibited (thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, leukopenia, anemia, in rare cases - agranulocytosis). Bronchospasm.
Interaction
Caution should be exercised when used simultaneously with sulfonamide hypoglycemic drugs (hypoglycemic effect is enhanced) and diuretics (furosemide). Sarcolysin and mercazolil increase the likelihood of leukopenia. Analgin enhances the sedative effect of alcohol and reduces the concentration of cyclosporine in plasma.
Storage conditions
Store in a place protected from light and out of reach of children at a temperature of 15 °C to 25 °C.
