Characteristics

Material

The knitwear is duplicated by doubling the polyurethane foam on the front side with polyester knitwear, and on the other side - with cotton knitwear. The layers are bonded together with a mixture of polyurethane and polyamide adhesives. The bonding strength between the layers is 3-8 N.

Cutting

Each mask is opened in accordance with the technical documentation and consists of 2 parts (left and right). The material is cut in the cutting shop. The main content of this technological stage is the process of overlapping and cutting out parts. The parts are cut out of the material folded into several layers, the overlap height is 2.5 cm (8-10 layers). Using a mold, which simultaneously contains 4 parts. the mask parts are knocked out on the XCLP-3 hydraulic press. The finished part is assembled and sent to the sewing shop.

The finished part goes to the sewing shop.

The cut from the cutting shop is sent to the sewing shop, where the product is manufactured in accordance with the technical documentation. The seams of the mask are placed end-to-end and fastened using a special winding sewing machine GLOBAL ZZ-566 TD. Black polyester thread No. 120 is used to connect the mask parts. At the beginning and end of the row, a fastening of 0.5-1 cm is made. The edges are not sewn.

After manufacturing, a batch of products is sent to the control area, where each product is checked for compliance with the standard sample, and the correctness of assembly, quality of the line, and fastening of parts are checked.

Packaging

After passing 100% final inspection, the batch of products enters the packaging area. The product is manually placed in a pull-out (paper label, Fig. 1), and then placed in a transparent foil sleeve on the ALD-450 D packaging machine. The packaged mask is placed in a corrugated box of 500 pieces. If necessary, the corrugated boxes are placed on pallets.
