Description
Functional properties of the components included in the composition
L-arginine
L-arginine is a substrate for NO-synthase - an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of nitric oxide in vascular endothelial cells. Nitric oxide is involved in the regulation of smooth muscle tone, blood vessels, immune support, inhibits platelet aggregation, mediates the interaction of the latter with endothelial cells. Nitric oxide is the main mediator of erection - a key substance that triggers a cascade of biochemical processes that lead to the expansion of the vessels of the penis, their blood filling and erection.
Seminal fluid is very rich in L-arginine, which is effective for intensifying spermatogenesis, prolonging the duration of sexual intercourse, enhancing pleasurable sensations, and making orgasm longer and deeper.
L-arginine regulates hormone synthesis and normalizes hormonal levels in the body.
In men with erectile dysfunction, L-arginine can increase testosterone levels, and in men with hypogonadism, it acts synergistically with testosterone.
Myo-inositol
Myo-inositol plays an important role in sperm maturation and migration from the epididymis. Myo-inositol helps to increase the progressive motility and speed of sperm, improves the mitochondrial function of sperm in men with pathospermia. Participates in the osmoregulation of seminal fluid. Myo-inositol is necessary to maintain the chemo- and thermotactic response of sperm.
Myo-inositol participates in the insulin signaling cascade and promotes glucose uptake from the bloodstream, reducing systemic glycemia, which becomes a stimulus for the pancreas to suppress insulin release. Thus, additional administration of myo-inositol leads to a decrease in glucose and insulin levels, preventing insulin resistance.
Tribulus
Tribulus terrestris L. contains steroidal saponins that stimulate the synthesis of endogenous testosterone in the testicles, which helps increase libido, improve sexual desire and sexual activity in men, strengthen and prolong erections and restore ejaculation, and improve fertility.
Folic acid
Folic acid has antioxidant activity by removing toxic intracellular acetyl-coenzyme A and stabilizing the sperm cell membrane under the influence of reactive oxygen species, the hyperproduction of which is an important pathogenetic factor of pathospermia in men.
Zinc
Zinc is involved in the metabolism of sex hormones and insulin. The addition of zinc demonstrates a significant improvement in the morphofunctional characteristics of spermatozoa: increased motility and a decrease in the number of pathological forms in the ejaculate. Zinc is an important factor in the normal functioning of the prostate gland and the reproductive system as a whole. The physiological role of zinc is to implement the mechanisms of separation of the head and tail of spermatozoa, as well as the ability of chromatin to decondense.
All of the above components may be useful in idiopathic asthenozoospermia; idiopathic oligozoospermia; idiopathic teratozoospermia; infertility induced by oxidative stress; varicocele; erectile dysfunction; systemic hormonal and metabolic disorders (obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, androgen deficiency); sperm preparation for insemination and/or preservation.
Recommendations for use
Recommended as a source of biologically active substances for normalizing the functioning of the male reproductive system. The components of the supplement provide an auxiliary effect during complex infertility therapy, relieve symptoms of erectile dysfunction and related symptoms in men, and contribute to maintaining proper hormonal balance and male reproductive function.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Do not exceed the recommended amount (serving) for daily consumption. Should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Method of administration and doses
1 stick 2 times a day, dissolve the contents of the stick in 100 ml of room temperature water, mix thoroughly and drink immediately after preparation. The recommended duration of use is 3 - 6 months. Further intake is agreed with the doctor.
