General properties
L-arginine
In pregnancy pathology, due to its endothelial protective effect, L-arginine helps to reduce vascular permeability disorders, prevent hypercoagulation, and reduce the sensitivity of vessels to vasoconstrictor agents (endothelin, angiotensin, thromboxane), which cause generalized vasospasm. Arginine, after preliminary biotransformation into nitric oxide, exhibits a vasodilator effect, positively affects blood clotting and the functional properties of circulating blood elements. As a result of vasodilator and antihypoxic effects, maternal-fetal hemodynamics improves, intrauterine fetal hypoxia decreases. In pregnancy pathology, L-arginine acts as a nonspecific metabolic regulator of metabolic processes. Due to these properties, during pregnancy, the level of circulating immune complexes in the blood decreases, and the body's compensatory and adaptive reactions increase. L-arginine helps reduce the risk of PCOS, pelvic inflammatory disease, symptoms and recurrence of endometriosis. According to studies, in women with PCOS, complex therapy with the inclusion of L-arginine 1600 mg/day contributed to the restoration of gonadal function, probably by improving insulin sensitivity. In men with erectile dysfunction, L-arginine can increase testosterone levels, in men with hypogonadism it acts synergistically with testosterone.
Myo-inositol
Myo-inositol is involved in the normalization of the menstrual cycle, ovulation and improves the overall metabolism of the body. The key function of myo-inositol is participation in the processes of intracellular signal transmission and ensuring the functioning of such important receptors as insulin receptors, reproductive hormones, growth factors, catecholamines, etc. Myo-inositol affects some hormonal parameters, such as the level of luteinizing hormone, testosterone and prolactin in the blood plasma. Myo-inositol is used for polycystic ovary syndrome; to improve fertility in women; for type II diabetes and insulin resistance.
Myo-inositol in pregnancy: Taking myo-inositol early in pregnancy can prevent most cases of folate-resistant DHT. Multiple studies have shown that myo-inositol reduces the risk of gestational diabetes by 65% among women with a family history of type 2 diabetes and those who are overweight or obese.
Folic acid
Folic acid plays an important role in maintaining homocysteine metabolism and is involved in the process of cell division, is necessary for the growth and development of the hematopoietic and immune systems. Folic acid is also necessary for the creation and maintenance of healthy cells, so its presence is especially important during periods of rapid development of the body - at the stage of early intrauterine development. Folic acid plays an important role in the planning period and during pregnancy, as it participates in the formation of the fetal nervous system, is necessary for cell division, growth and development of all organs and tissues, normal development of the embryo and blood formation processes.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) plays an important role in metabolism, is necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. In the phosphorylated form, it provides the processes of decarboxylation, reamination, deamination of amino acids, participates in the synthesis of protein, enzymes, hemoglobin, prostaglandins, the exchange of serotonin, catecholamines glutamic acid, GABA, histamine, improves the use of unsaturated fatty acids, reduces the level of cholesterol and lipids in the blood, improves myocardial contractility, promotes the conversion of folic acid into its active form, stimulates hematopoiesis. In atherosclerosis, vitamin B6 improves lipid metabolism. Pyridoxine in atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus reduces the content of glycosylated hemoglobin, in addition, pyridoxine acts as a diuretic: it helps to reduce high blood pressure. It has been established that pyridoxine has a positive effect on the production of norepinephrine and serotonin, increasing their production in depression, which is associated with its participation as a cofactor of dopa-decarboxylase in the process of catecholamine synthesis. Pyridoxine can prolong clotting time and inhibit platelet aggregation, which is explained by the binding of pyridoxal phosphate to fibrinogen and to specific amino groups on the surface of platelets.
All of the above substances can be useful for PCOS, endometritis, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, menstrual disorders, climacteric syndrome, hormonal disorders, insulin resistance, overweight, infertility, hirsutism, decreased libido, preparation for pregnancy, placental insufficiency, gestosis, atherosclerosis, hepatosis, asthenic conditions.

Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Do not exceed the recommended amount (serving) for daily consumption. Should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Method of administration and doses
1 stick 2 times a day, dissolve the contents of the stick in 100 ml of room temperature water, mix thoroughly and drink immediately after preparation. The recommended duration of use is 1-3 months. Further intake is agreed with the doctor.
