General properties
L-arginine in the body is a substrate for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) and is important as an antioxidant, antihypoxant, cytoprotector. It helps improve the energy supply of the whole body. Helps normalize the functioning of the cardiovascular, central and peripheral nervous systems. Promotes general strengthening during mental and physical exertion, as well as in hypoxic and asthenic conditions. Stimulates the activity of the thymus and the protective functions of the body. Participates in the synthesis of growth hormone and insulin, in spermatogenesis. Increases the ability of blood vessels to expand, helps normalize high blood pressure. Slows the progression of atherosclerosis, improves the condition of the endothelium and blood vessels in general. Reduces the adhesion of leukocytes and platelets to the endothelium of blood vessels. Reduces the risk of blood clots and atherosclerotic plaques. Improves blood supply to the brain and heart, which has a positive effect on their functions. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) plays an important role in metabolism, is necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems, participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. In the phosphorylated form, it provides the processes of decarboxylation, reamination, deamination of amino acids, participates in the synthesis of protein, enzymes, hemoglobin, prostaglandins, the metabolism of serotonin, catecholamines, glutamic acid, GABA, histamine, improves the use of unsaturated fatty acids, reduces the level of cholesterol and lipids in the blood, improves myocardial contractility, promotes the conversion of folic acid into its active form, stimulates hematopoiesis. In atherosclerosis, vitamin B6 improves lipid metabolism. Vitamin B6 in atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus reduces the content of glycosylated hemoglobin, in addition, pyridoxine acts as a diuretic: helps to reduce high blood pressure. It has been established that pyridoxine has a positive effect on the production of norepinephrine and serotonin, increasing their production in depression, which is associated with its participation as a cofactor of dopa-decarboxylase in the process of catecholamine synthesis. Pyridoxine can prolong clotting time and inhibit platelet aggregation, which is explained by the binding of pyridoxal phosphate to fibrinogen and to specific amino groups on the surface of platelets.
Succinic acid has antioxidant, metabolic and general tonic effects. The mechanism of action is associated with an increase in ATP synthesis, inhibition of glycolysis and activation of aerobic processes in cells, increased gluconeogenesis. It has a positive effect on the parameters of neurological status: it reduces the severity of asthenic, vestibulocochlear, vestibulocochlear syndrome, and also eliminates disorders in the emotional-volitional sphere (reduces the level of anxiety, depression). It improves cognitive functions (thinking, quality of short-term and long-term memory, concentration and switching of attention), thus improving the quality of life.

Method of administration and doses
The contents of one sachet are 5 g (g) 1-2 times a day, regardless of meals.
Cooking method
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (5 g) in 100 ml of water at room temperature. Use immediately after preparation. Duration of use: 14-27 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated 2-3 times a year. Consult a doctor before taking
Reservation
Individual sensitivity to the product components, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children and adolescents under 14 years of age; renal dysfunction in the stage of decompensation. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a full diet. Do not exceed the indicated recommended amount for daily consumption.
