"Aqua Maris®" enriched sea salt is a home remedy for nasal irrigation.

Active ingredients

The action of the active ingredients contained in the saline solution

Calcium and magnesium ions stimulate the production of biologically active substances and the renewal of epithelial cells of the nasal mucosa; Iodine and sodium chloride have an antiseptic effect and activate local protective functions; Zinc and selenium ions act as antioxidants, stimulate the immunity of the nasal mucosa and sinuses; myrtle essential oil is an antiseptic with a tonic effect, has a therapeutic effect on sinusitis, tonsillitis and bronchitis; immortelle essential oil has antibacterial properties and is effective against staphylococci and other viruses.

Composition

1 sachet contains:

Adriatic Sea salt – 2.97 g. Myrtle oil and immortelle oil.

Method of application

Open the bag and pour the sea salt into the device. Fill the system with boiled water at body temperature to the mark and stir until the salt is completely dissolved. Stand in front of the sink, tilt your head slightly to the side and tilt it forward. After taking a deep breath, hold your breath and firmly place the tip of the device against your nostril. Slightly tilt the device so that the solution begins to flow from the tip of the device into the nasal passage. If everything is done correctly, the solution should flow out of the opposite nostril. Pull out without changing the position of your head, and then in an upright position to remove any remaining solution and mucus. Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.

After use, rinse the device with cool water and dry thoroughly.
