Composition

Hypertonic sterile solution of Adriatic Sea seawater with natural salts and trace elements; purified water.

Description: clear, colorless, odorless liquid with a salty taste.

Properties

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong hypertonic seawater relieves nasal congestion and makes breathing easier;

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa by removing excess fluid from the intercellular space due to the difference in osmotic pressure;

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong hypertonic seawater leads to mechanical cleansing of the mucous membrane from dust, mucous secretions and other pathogenic factors (bacteria, allergens, viruses) acting on the mucous membrane;

In inflammatory diseases of the nose with abundant mucus and mucopurulent discharge, the use of Aqua Maris® Extra Strong promotes faster evacuation of mucus, restores nasal functions, thereby reducing the local inflammatory process and reducing the risk of complications;

Thins mucus and normalizes its production in the nasal mucosa;

Improves the function of the ciliated epithelium, which increases the resistance of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses to the penetration of pathogenic bacteria and viruses.

Indications for use

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong is used:

to thin and improve the outflow of thick mucus in case of swelling and nasal congestion;

to reduce local inflammation and reduce the risk of complications in acute and chronic nasal diseases (rhinitis, sinusitis, adenoiditis, etc.).

Method of administration and doses

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong, nasal spray, is used for adults and children over 1 year of age - 1-2 sprays into each nasal passage 3-4 times a day.

Application features

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong can be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use in children under 1 year of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the product.

Aqua Maris® Extra Strong is not addictive.

Expiration date

3 years.

Release form

Nasal spray. 150 ml in a bottle with a dosing device; 1 bottle with a dosing device in a cardboard box.

Storage conditions

No special storage conditions required. Keep out of the reach of children. The outer container is filled with an inert gas - propellant (nitrogen), which does not come into contact with the solution. Do not pierce or burn after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, open flames or any other source of ignition. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C.
