Indications for use

The effect of trace elements and salts of the Adriatic Sea:

• Calcium and magnesium ions significantly improve the function of the cells of the ciliated epithelium of the nasal mucosa, normalize the rheological properties of mucus, and increase the resistance of the nasal mucosa to the introduction of viruses and bacteria.
• Iodine and sodium chloride have an antiseptic effect and also activate the production of protective mucus by goblet cells.
• Zinc and selenium ions stimulate local immunity of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses.

Method of application

1. Cut the bag and pour the sea salt into the device.
2. Fill the device with boiled water at body temperature to the mark and stir until the salt is completely dissolved.
3. Take a comfortable position in front of the sink. Tilt your head forward and turn it slightly to the side.
4. Take a deep breath and hold your breath. Place the tip of the device against the upper nostril so that it is pressed tightly against it.
5. Tilt the device so that the solution begins to flow from the tip of the device into the nostril. The solution will flow out of the opposite nostril.

To remove any remaining solution from your nose, blow it out without changing your head position.

Then blow out in an upright position.

Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.

After use, rinse the device with cool water and dry it thoroughly.

A solution of sea salt enriched with hypoallergenic essential oils is recommended for daily use.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Use during pregnancy and lactation is possible.

Contraindication

• Acute otitis media and exacerbation of chronic otitis media.
• Individual intolerance to the components of the rinse aid.
• Allergic reactions to the components of the rinse aid.
• Frequent nosebleeds.
• Benign and malignant neoplasms of the nasal cavity.
• Complete obstruction of the nasal passages.
• Children up to 5 years old.

Expiration date

2 years.
