Composition
Ingredients, 250 ml (ml): purified water, complex of probiotic components SPP (Sirion Probio Protection) – Bacillus spp. (B.subtilis, B.pumilus, B.licheniformis, B.amyloliquefaciens) >5*10⁷ CFU/ml (KOE/ml), sodium laureth sulfate, coco glucoside cocamidopropyl betaine, coco glucoside, glyceryl oleate, betaine, panthenol, sodium chloride, piroctone olamine, polyquaternium-44, d-panthenol, styrene/a-acrylate copolymer and coco glucoside, cetrimonium chloride, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethanol, aroma, polyquaternium-10, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, phytic acid.

General properties
Arederma Shampoo-Conditioner contains a combination of SPP & Octopirox® – two active ingredients with clinically proven effects in the prevention and treatment of dandruff:
eliminates the cause of its occurrence - yeast-like fungi;
promotes normal function of the sebaceous glands;
regulates the process of regeneration of skin cells on the scalp.
SPP (Sirion Probio Protection) probiotic complex – contains Bacillus spp spores. The SPP complex helps restore the normal ecosystem of microorganisms, creates a probiotic biofilm that eliminates scalp inflammation and itching. Bacillus spp. have a keratolytic effect – they help remove dead cells and soften the stratum corneum, which stimulates the renewal of the skin surface. The protective layer created by probiotics provides a prolonged effect of “clean hair”.
Due to their enzymatic activity, Bacillus spp. break down excess fat, but do not overdry it.
Piroctone olamine or Octopirox® is an active ingredient developed and clinically tested by Seborin (Schwarzkopf&Henkel) with pronounced antifungal and antibacterial activity. It inhibits the growth of yeast-like fungi (Malasseziarestricta, Malasseziaglobosa and Propionebacteriumovale), which contribute to the appearance of dandruff, flaking and its subsequent occurrence.
Thanks to the complex action of SPP & Octopirox®, the production of sebaceous gland secretion (sebum) is normalized and the natural water-lipid balance of the skin is effectively restored. These components have a mild effect and do not cause skin irritation, therefore they are suitable for long-term use. Arederma Shampoo with SPP & Octopirox® contains a combination of surfactants that restore the natural lipid balance and soften the skin surface. They are the basis for hair care - they eliminate dryness and brittleness, cleanse along the entire length, give hair strength and strengthen it. Phytic acid to a certain extent improves blood circulation in the hair follicles of the scalp, which stimulates the development and growth of healthy and strong hair, prevents hair loss.
Given the specific composition of Arederm shampoo-conditioner, there is no decrease in its effectiveness or habituation with prolonged use.
Recommendations for use
If necessary, Arederma shampoo-conditioner is used for the following purposes:
reducing flaking and itching associated with dandruff;
prevention of dandruff recurrence;
reducing the feeling of irritation and discomfort of the scalp;
improving hair condition with age-related changes.
As prescribed by a doctor, as part of a comprehensive treatment, Arederma shampoo-conditioner is used for:
flaking and itching due to dandruff, seborrheic eczema and lichen planus;
inflammation and irritation due to atopic dermatitis and psoriasis of the scalp;
trichophytosis, microsporia and folliculitis of the scalp;
hormonal changes (puberty and post-puberty period) or against the background of the use of systemic hormonal drugs;
alopecia, regardless of factors.
Method and term of application
Arederma Shampoo-Conditioner can be used by adults and children over 12 years of age.
1. Measure the required amount of shampoo.
2. Apply to damp hair, gently massaging the scalp and hair roots until foam forms.
3. Exposure time 2-3 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
It is recommended to use daily for 2 weeks, then 1-2 times a week. If necessary, the course is repeated as needed. To enhance the effect, it is recommended to additionally use Arederma ATOPIC Shower Gel.
If clinically appropriate, Arederma shampoo-conditioner can be prescribed to children under 12 years of age.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding requires additional consultation with a doctor. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience discomfort or itching. Children under 12 years of age as directed by a doctor.
