Aroma lamp: 3-7 drops per 15 m2.

Baths: 4-7 drops (pre-mixed with sea or table salt).

Sauna: 5-6 drops per 15 m2, 10-15 drops per 10 liters of water.

Massage: 3-7 drops per 15 g of carrier oil.

Aromatherapy pads: 1-2 drops.
