Method of application

Enrichment of cosmetics (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): 4-6 drops of oil (composition of oils) in 15 g of base (1-2 tablespoons).

Massage, rubbing: mix 3-6 drops of oil (composition of oils) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).

Baths: mix 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60 g of emulsifier (salt, soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a full bath.

Saunas and baths: add 5-7 drops per 15 m2 of room to a container with 50-100 ml of water. Spray the mixture.

Inhalations and room aromatization: aromatic incense: 3-7 drops of oil per 15 sq. m of room, add to an aroma lamp filled with water, and light a candle; hot inhalations: pour boiling water into a basin with a wide neck, cover your head with a towel and then add 1-2 drops of oil, procedure time 5-7 minutes. Close your eyes.
