Method of application
Coconut Massage Oil: Coconut oil is used for direct massage of the face, neck, and entire body. Coconut Body Oil: Mix 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of peach kernel oil, 1 teaspoon of rosehip oil. Apply to the body before sunbathing. Hand and Nail Oil: 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of chamomile oil, 3 drops of lemon essential oil, 3 drops of orange essential oil, and 1 teaspoon of glycerin. Massage your hands and nails with this mixture regularly. Foot Oil: 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 drops of tea tree essential oil, 2 drops of lemon balm essential oil, and 2 drops of cypress essential oil. Apply to the feet daily. Hair mask: 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon burdock oil, 2 drops rosemary essential oil, 2 drops thyme essential oil, 1 drop ylang-ylang essential oil, mix well. Rub into hair roots 20 minutes before washing your hair.
