Artelac Complete Moisturizing Eye Drops 10 ml

Artelac® Complete/Artelac® Split is an opaque ophthalmic solution containing 0.24% hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate), carbomer, glycerin, lipid component (with medium chain triglycerides), sodium hydroxide and water for injection. The improved formula of the moisturizing solution is characterized by very high tolerability, as it does not contain preservatives and buffers.

Composition

0.24% sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, glycerin, lipid components (medium triglycerides), sodium hydroxide and water for injection.

Special properties

The ophthalmic solution is available in a preservative-free multidose system (PFMD). The system is easy to use and safe. The solution can be used for six months after first use.

General information

Wash your hands before each use. Do not touch the tip of the bottle with your fingers or eyes to avoid possible microbial contamination and injury.

Before each use, remove the translucent white protective cap from the tip of the bottle by twisting it. Attention! Before first use and if the bottle has been used for a long time: Turn the bottle upside down and press the pump several times until a dot appears. Hold the bottle as shown in the picture: Place your thumb on the special ergonomic thumb rest, holding the bottom of the bottle with the rest of your fingers. Support the bottom of the bottle with two fingers. Turn the bottle so that its tip is pointing downwards. Tilt your head back slightly. Gently pull down the lower eyelid with the finger of your free hand, holding the bottle vertically above your eyes. Press the pump mechanism lightly to inject one drop of the liquid into your eye. Immediately after this, close your eye and squeeze it to distribute the liquid well over its surface. Immediately after use, remove any remaining liquid droplets (if any) and close the tip of the bottle with the translucent white protective cap.

Due to the design of the vial, a small residual volume of solution always remains in the vial. However, the specified fill volume may be completely consumed from the vial.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature of +1 to +25°C.

The bottle design allows Artelac Complete/Artelac Split to be used for 6 months after opening.
