Composition
Ingredients: glucosamine hydrochloride, filler – microcrystalline cellulose, chondroitin sulfate sodium, L-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate, stabilizer – croscarmellose sodium, tablet shell (glazing agent – hypromellose, polydextrose, dye – calcium carbonate, glazing agent – talc, medium chain triglycerides), anti-caking agents – magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.
GMO-free. Not a medicine.
Recommended daily serving (2 tablets) contains: Glucosamine hydrochloride 1000 mg (mg), Chondroitin sulfate 600 mg (mg), L-cysteine 200 mg (mg)
Recommendations for use
It can be recommended for correcting adult diets as an additional source of chondroitin, glucosamine and L-cysteine.

Do not use in people with individual intolerance to the product components, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People with thyroid disease should consult an endocrinologist. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Description
Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural components present in the human body and the main components of cartilage tissue, participating in the synthesis of connective tissue. Glucosamine is produced naturally by the body, where it plays an important role in the smooth functioning of joints, is part of the synovial fluid, which ensures the sliding of articular surfaces.
Glucosamine alone or in combination with chondroitin sulfate:
- helps maintain flexibility and mobility of joints
- helps maintain joint health
- helps keep joints elastic and flexible
- promotes cartilage restoration and lays the foundation for the daily restructuring of connective tissue around the joints, including tendons, ligaments and cartilage.
Cartilage that contains the necessary amount of chondroitin has the correct elasticity and mechanical properties.
Chondroitin sulfate helps maintain joint mobility and flexibility [4-7].
L-cysteine is an essential sulfur-containing amino acid synthesized from methionine and is therefore one of the building blocks required for protein synthesis. It plays a key role in metabolic pathways involving methionine and taurine, which are essential for nervous system health and muscle growth. L-cysteine helps restore glutathione levels, which helps maintain redox balance and the body's natural defense system [1-3].
