Composition
1 capsule contains: active ingredients:
- astaxanthin - 2 mg (mg),
- vitamin K2 - 45 micrograms (µg),
- vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 2000 IU/50 mcg (µg);
excipients: fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide (orysil), lactose, potato starch; capsule shell: gelatin.

Properties
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that is formed in the skin under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. It is one of the key vitamins that participates in metabolic processes in the body, affecting the synthesis of lipids, proteins, hormones and enzymes, improving mineral metabolism.
Vitamin D3 contributes to: maintaining normal bone health, absorption/assimilation of calcium and phosphorus, and regulating blood calcium levels. The protective effects of vitamin D in diseases of the bone system, in particular osteoporosis and osteomalacia, have been absolutely proven. During menopause, women with osteoporosis, due to hormonal disorders, need to increase the dose of vitamin D3.
Vitamin K2 (Vitamine K2) (menaquinone) is a fat-soluble vitamin of group K, which has a high level of bioavailability, necessary for humans to regulate phosphorus-calcium metabolism in the body. Menaquinone participates in the interaction of calcium and vitamin D, is responsible for the regulation of blood clotting and strengthening blood vessels.
Vitamin K2 strengthens bone tissue, makes it denser, it is important for joints and ligaments. The combined use of vitamins K2 and D has a positive effect on the condition of bone tissue in osteoporosis, helps prevent hypercalciuria, urolithiasis and nephrolithiasis. Vitamin K2 helps reduce the risk of hard fatty deposits on the walls of blood vessels and arteries, which ensures normal blood circulation and protects the heart. K2 helps protect against calcification of the coronary arteries.
Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid, a powerful natural antioxidant, obtained from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis. Astaxanthin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties and regulates cell proliferation factors. Numerous studies show that the use of astaxanthin helps maintain physiological lipid metabolism in the body, helps protect the cardiovascular system, regulating apoptosis and cell proliferation factors.

Astadinol® 2000 is recommended as an additional source of vitamins D3 and K2 in metabolic disorders associated with their deficiency, and astaxanthin, which has pronounced antioxidant properties. Astadinol® 2000 helps to increase the amount of calcium in the blood and the physiological direction of this macroelement to the bones and other tissues, and not to the arteries and muscles. Method of administration and doses
