Composition of 1 packet (sachet): main ingredients: verbena extract – 50.0 mg (mg), elderberry extract – 50.0 mg (mg), mullein extract – 50.0 mg (mg), ginger root extract – 50.0 mg (mg), pelargonium root extract – 50.0 mg (mg), vitamin C – 40.0 mg (mg), menthol – 18.0 mg (mg); excipients: sugar, anhydrous citric acid (acidity regulator), Beetroot dye, strawberry flavoring.

Recommendations for use
Dietary supplement to the diet - a source of biologically active substances of plant extracts with vitamin C and menthol; contributes to the general strengthening of the body, maintaining the optimal state of the immune system during the spread of colds, and the proper functioning of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, including the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.

Properties
Black elderberry is included in the pharmacopoeias of many countries. The beneficial properties of the plant are due to its unique chemical composition. It contains ascorbic and malic acids, rutin, carotene, vitamins A and B. The mineral set is represented by calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, copper and selenium. It contains sambucin, sugar (glucose, fructose), amino acids, organic acids, essential oils. Due to this, black elderberry extract has a diaphoretic, expectorant, emollient, antioxidant effect; it is used to relieve cold symptoms and general strengthening of the body.
Verbena officinalis contains essential oil, verbenalin, verbenin, aucubin, hastatoside, silicic acid, ascorbic acid and other vitamins, flavonoids, triterpenoids. The main properties of verbena: astringent, diaphoretic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. Helps improve appetite and digestion, normalizes metabolism. Has a general strengthening and tonic effect.
Mullein (mullein) is traditionally used in folk medicine. It contains iridoids, flavonoids, alkaloids, coumarins, steroid and triterpene saponins, polysaccharides, carotenoids, ascorbic acid. Mullein extract has a softening, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic effect.
Ginger – Ginger rhizomes contain essential oils, vitamins B and C, magnesium and manganese, as well as almost all essential amino acids. It is used to ease breathing, relieve nasal congestion, and reduce intoxication of the body.
Pelargonium contains flavonoids (quercetin, halocatechin, kaempferol), coumarins (umcalin, scopolin, scopoletin), phenolic acids (gallic acid, etc.). Due to this, pelargonium extract has antiviral, antibacterial, mucolytic effects, helps activate respiratory tract cleansing mechanisms, which improves the removal of viscous mucus and eliminates the conditions for the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria.
Vitamin C – ascorbic acid – is a water-soluble vitamin. It is not synthesized in the human body and comes only with food. An antioxidant, it increases the body's resistance to infections and viruses.
Menthol is a component of essential oils obtained from mint. It has a vasodilating, bactericidal effect, and facilitates breathing.
Method of administration and doses
Dissolve the contents of 1 packet (sachet) in 150 ml (ml) of warm drinking water and drink. The duration of consumption is determined individually by the doctor.
Children over 6 years of age: 1 packet (sachet) per day.
Adults and children over 14 years of age: 1 packet (sachet) 2-3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Contraindication
Individual sensitivity to the product components, children under 6 years of age, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and gallbladder during the period of exacerbation.
Reservation
Pregnant and lactating women should consume as directed and under the supervision of a doctor (the daily dose is determined by the doctor); use with caution if prone to bleeding, the product components reduce blood viscosity. Contains sugar, which must be taken into account by diabetics.
