Composition

1 capsule contains: passionflower extract – 100 mg (mg), valerian extract – 50.0 mg (mg), griffonia extract – 30 mg (mg), mint extract – 25.0 mg (mg), lemon balm extract - 25.0 mg (mg), motherwort extract - 25.0 mg (mg), hop cone extract - 25.0 mg (mg),

excipients: lactose, MCC, magnesium stearate. GMO-free.

Recommendations for use

A dietary supplement to the diet, which can be recommended for general strengthening of the body during psycho-emotional stress, has mild sedative properties, helps normalize sleep and/or improve its quality. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a full-fledged diet.

Do not exceed the daily dose.

Method of application

Adults and children over 14 years old take 1 capsule three times a day during or after meals. For sleep disorders – 2 capsules in the evening 30-40 minutes before bedtime. The capsule should be washed down with a small amount of liquid. The course of consumption is 20 days.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Contraindication

Individual sensitivity to individual components, children under 14 years of age, pregnant women, women breastfeeding.

Expiration date

36 months from the date of manufacture.

Storage conditions

Dietary supplements should be stored in dry, well-ventilated areas free from foreign odors, at a temperature of minus 5 °C to plus 30 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%, and in conditions that exclude direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children.

30 capsules with a net weight of 0.5 g (g) (+ 7%) each. 3 blisters of 10 capsules in a cardboard box.
