Composition
active ingredients: 100 ml contains:
Sambucus nigra D1 10 ml, Natrium sulfuricum D6 10 ml, Dulcamara D6 10 ml, Arsenicum album D12 10 ml, Tartarus emeticus D12 10 ml;
excipients: ethanol 43% (m/m), purified water.
1 ml of solution contains 25 drops.

The drug has a systemic therapeutic effect due to the combination and mutual reinforcement of active components. It has a broncholytic, mucolytic, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and anti-allergic effect.
The drug eliminates spasm and reduces bronchial reactivity, reduces shortness of breath, reduces the frequency and intensity of shortness of breath attacks. Improves the quantitative (volume of production) and qualitative (physicochemical) characteristics of sputum, promotes liquefaction and more effective discharge of thick mucus. Restores the function of the ciliated epithelium of the bronchi.
The anti-inflammatory effect of the drug prevents damage to the bronchi and lungs by free radicals and proteases, and protects the pulmonary circulation from the effects of inflammatory mediators.
Reduces inflammatory infiltration and swelling of the mucous membrane, prevents sclerotic changes in the bronchi and lungs. Improves systemic immunity, normalizes the functional state of the cellular link and indicators of humoral immunity (IgE and CIC levels), and also reduces antigenic stimulation. Promotes stabilization of mast cell membranes, reduces eosinophilia.
The drug is used in the complex treatment of bronchial asthma. It enhances the bronchodilator effect of inhaled corticosteroids and β2-agonists, allows you to reduce the intake or doses of these drugs in basic therapy. In the treatment of bronchitis, including obstructive, the drug reduces broncho-obstructive syndrome, improves the dynamics of clinical (including auscultatory symptoms, indicators of external respiratory function, peak flowmetry data) and subjective manifestations. In the treatment of chronic bronchitis, the drug facilitates coughing, improves breathing, general condition and quality of life, prevents the development of irreversible changes in the bronchi and lungs. Provides elimination of asthenic symptom complex of hypoxic and infectious genesis. Stimulates the individual compensatory capabilities of the body, increases the body's nonspecific reactivity to infections.
Indication
Acute and chronic bronchitis, including obstructive syndrome. In the complex therapy of bronchial asthma.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any active or excipient of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
There is currently no information regarding the drug's interactions with other medications.
An unhealthy lifestyle, the use of stimulants, and an unhealthy diet can negatively affect the effectiveness of homeopathic medicines.
Application features
Atma®, oral drops, should not be used in patients with alcohol dependence, as one dose of the drug (5–10 drops) contains 80–160 mg of alcohol.
The alcohol content should also be taken into account when using the drug in pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and patients with a high risk of liver disease and the risk of epileptic seizures.
If you experience respiratory failure, fever, or bloody or purulent sputum, you should consult a doctor.
If, despite treatment, symptoms of the disease persist for more than 7 days or your well-being worsens, it is recommended to consult a doctor urgently.
At the beginning of treatment with the drug, existing symptoms of the disease may temporarily worsen (primary reaction). This reaction is usually not harmful. If the symptoms do not disappear, the drug should be discontinued. After the disappearance of the primary reaction, the drug can be used again. If the symptoms worsen again, the drug should be discontinued.
Long-term treatment with homeopathic medicines should be supervised by a doctor experienced in the use of homeopathic medicines, as symptoms may occur that are not listed in the instructions for medical use.
Since Atma® contains plant and other natural ingredients, a slight change in the taste, transparency, or color of the solution may occur during storage, which does not lead to a decrease in the quality and effectiveness of the drug.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
There is no data on the use of the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There is no evidence of any risk of taking the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
It is recommended to use the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding with caution, and only in cases where, in the opinion of the doctor, the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus/child.

Method of administration and doses
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 10 drops of the drug diluted in a small amount of water;
children aged 2 to 12 years: 5 drops of the drug diluted in a small amount of water.
Take 3 times a day.
At the beginning of treatment and during exacerbation of the disease, in order to accelerate recovery, it is recommended to take the drug every half hour - an hour up to 8 times a day until the condition improves, but not more than 3 days, after which it is used 3 times a day.
To achieve maximum effect, Atma® is recommended to be used between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal), holding the drug in the mouth for some time before swallowing.
If symptoms worsen or there is no improvement after 7 days of treatment, you should consult a doctor.
Recommended course of treatment. Acute bronchitis – 2 – 4 weeks. Chronic bronchitis – 4 weeks, chronic obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma – 2 – 3 months.
The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the patient's condition and the course of the disease.
Children
The use of the drug in children under 2 years of age is not recommended due to insufficient data.
For children aged 2 to 6 years, use as recommended by a doctor.
Overdose
Cases of overdose are unknown.
Side effects
In exceptional cases, allergic reactions may occur in individuals with hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
