Atraumatic ointment bandage Grassolind neutral 20 cm x 20 cm No. 10

Properties
Thanks to the large-meshed cotton mesh fabric, wound secretions easily penetrate the secondary absorbent layer of the dressing, which avoids the effect of "secretion plug". The ointment mass makes the wound edges elastic, stimulates the processes of granulation and epithelialization, and prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound. Changing the dressing is painless. Granulation tissue and young epithelium are not irritated.
Field of application
For the treatment of wounds, especially superficial ones (e.g. abrasions, lacerations and bruises, burns, scalds, chemical burns, as well as for covering skin flap sites and fixing split skin grafts, in plastic and cosmetic surgery, nail removal, operations, etc.). Due to the ointment mass, the dressings, which do not contain pharmaceuticals, are ideal for the treatment of wounds in dermatology, in patients with sensitive skin and an increased reaction to medications.
Dosage and instructions for use
After opening the sterile inner packaging, the Grassolind neutral dressing, covered on both sides with protective paper, is cut to the size of the wound surface. After removing one protective paper, the dressing is applied to the wound, then the second paper is removed. To absorb wound secretions, the compress is fixed with a sterile absorbent bandage. Unless otherwise recommended by the doctor, Grassolind neutral is renewed with each dressing change.
