Paramed One-X is a model from the latest line of tonometers from Paramed with an anatomical cuff. A modern device with a convenient USB connector. Recommendations for use

You should not drink alcohol or coffee, smoke, or exercise for an hour before the measurement.

Sit and relax for 5 minutes before the procedure.

During the measurement, you cannot move, talk, or cross your arms and legs.

The cuff should be secured to the shoulder 2 cm above the elbow. Make sure it fits snugly but not too tight.

If the measurement is taken in a sitting position, place your hand on the table at heart level.
