B-50 capsules provide a complete B-vitamin complex, as well as choline and inositol. These vitamins support energy synthesis, support healthy homocysteine metabolism, and contribute to a healthy nervous system.* B vitamins are water-soluble and, with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the human body. Therefore, these vitamins need to be replenished daily. Although B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources of B-12 are only animal-based (meat and dairy products); therefore, supplements containing B-12 may be especially important for vegetarians. Natural discoloration of a supplement is not an indicator of deterioration.

Composition

1 tablet of NOW B-50 Complex contains:

Vitamin B-1 (thiamine HCl) 50 mg;

Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) 50 mg;

Vitamin B-3 (Niacinamide) 50 mg;

Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 50 mg;

Folic acid 400 mcg;

Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) 50 mcg;

Biotin 50 mcg;

Vitamin B-5 (Calcium Pantothenate) 50 mg;

PABA (Para-aminobenzoic acid) 25 mg;

Choline (choline bitartrate) 25 mg;

Inositol 25 mg.

Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, vegetable shell.

Does not contain: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, eggs, shellfish and preservatives.
