Composition

• vitamin B3 — 22 mg,
• vitamin B5 — 5 mg,
• vitamin B2 — 2 mg (mg),
• vitamin B6 — 2 mg,
• vitamin B1 — 1.6 mg,
• vitamin B9 — 200 µg (mcg),
• vitamin B7 (biotin) — 50 µg (mcg),
• vitamin B12 — 2.5 µg (mcg).

Excipients: fructose, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, calcium stearate. GMO-free.

Description

B-complex is a balanced supplement containing all the important B vitamins in the necessary doses for overall body strengthening. This complex helps maintain normal nervous system function, promotes energy metabolism, and improves the condition of skin, hair, and nails.

• Vitamin B3 (niacin) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, helps maintain healthy skin and reduces tiredness and fatigue.

Method of application

Contraindication
