General properties
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the main mediator of inhibition processes in the central nervous system. The neurometabolic effect is mainly due to the stimulating effect on the GABA-ergic system, which ensures the normalization of the dynamics of nervous processes. GABA increases the activity of energy processes in the central nervous system, improves the assimilation of glucose, activates the blood supply of brain tissues, improves the dynamics of nervous processes in the brain, thinking processes, memory, increases the concentration of attention, promotes the restoration of motor activity and speech after a violation of cerebral circulation, has a mild psychostimulant effect.
Glycine is a central neurotransmitter that regulates metabolism; normalizes and activates the processes of protective inhibition in the central nervous system. Improves metabolic processes in brain tissues, has an antidepressant and sedative effect. It has a glycine- and GABA-ergic, α1-adrenoblocking, antioxidant, antitoxic action; regulates the activity of glutamate (NMDA) receptors, thereby reducing psycho-emotional tension, aggressiveness and conflict; increases social adaptation, improves mood; facilitates falling asleep and normalizes sleep, increases mental performance, reduces the severity of vegetative-vascular disorders.

L-theanine increases the level of serotonin and dopamine in the brain, with possible improvement of memory and learning. It also increases the effectiveness of GABA, the body's main inhibitory neurotransmitter. L-theanine also increases the activity of the alpha brain wave, which causes mental relaxation, concentration and deep sleep. L-theanine increases the level of glutathione - the body's most important antioxidant molecule.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, in the human body it is directly converted into serotonin, a mediator that causes mental relaxation and creates a feeling of emotional well-being. Serotonin, in turn, is the precursor of melatonin, which regulates the biological rhythm. L-tryptophan acts as a natural antidepressant, helps improve sleep naturally, reduces anxiety and mental stress. L-tryptophan neutralizes the effect of nicotine contained in cigarette smoke, helps the body cope with its harmful effects on the body. Tryptophan reduces some symptoms of biochemical changes in the body caused by alcohol intake. In addition, tryptophan prevents the development of alcoholism. L-tryptophan reduces cravings for food, especially carbohydrates, promotes weight loss, normalizes appetite in bulimia and anorexia.
Magnesium, in turn, is another extremely important element for humans. In the body, magnesium ions are necessary for the normal functioning of nervous tissue,
participate in the transmission of nerve impulses and have an inhibitory effect on the central nervous system.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) plays an important role in metabolism, necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system
system, participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. In the phosphorylated form, it provides the processes of decarboxylation, peramination, and deamination of amino acids. It has been established that pyridoxine has a positive effect on the production of norepinephrine and serotonin, increasing their production in depression, which is due to its participation as a cofactor of dopa-decarboxylase in the synthesis of catecholamines.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is a water-soluble vitamin, the main role of which is participation in the process of energy production by the cell. Pantothenic acid, entering the body, turns into pantethine, which is part of coenzyme A, which plays an important role in the processes of oxidation and acetylation (calorifier). Coenzyme A is one of the few substances in the body involved in the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Vitamin B5 is necessary for the exchange of fats, carbohydrates, amino acids, the synthesis of vital fatty acids, cholesterol, histamine, acetylcholine, and hemoglobin.
All of the above substances can contribute to the normalization of the functional state of the nervous system in persons who are in conditions of mental and physical overload, chronic stress, in asthenic and anxiety-neurotic states (emotional lability, memory impairment, decreased concentration, etc.).

Method of application and dosage
The capsule is taken regardless of the meal, swallowed whole, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid, 2 capsules 2 times a day. The dose and duration of the course of reception are determined in each case individually by a doctor.
