The effect of Bestia Peaceful Sleep is due to the characteristics of the components included in the composition.
Melatonin is a biologically active substance that participates in the regulation of sleep and daytime activity. It is synthesized in the dark, and its maximum concentration is reached at night. Melatonin helps to normalize the sleep-activity cycle, has a positive effect on the quality of sleep, contributing to faster falling asleep, a longer and deeper period of sleep with easier awakening.
Valerian. The calming effect of valerian is due to the content of borneol essential oil and isovaleric acid. Valerian reduces the excitability of the central nervous system. It is used for a mild sedative effect and to reduce the time to fall asleep in case of periodic sleep disturbances caused by stress, overstrain and fatigue.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in key physiological processes in the body. By supporting energy metabolism and protein synthesis, magnesium contributes to optimal nervous system function and plays an important role in cell division and tissue repair during sleep.
