Action
The functional properties of the product are due to the synergism of its ingredients, which have immunomodulatory properties. It is recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances with immunomodulatory effects (beta-glucans, selenium, glycosides, flavonoids, vitamins and trace elements) to normalize the functional state of the immune system in acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases and strengthen the body.
Beta-glucans are polysaccharides, structural elements of the membrane of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Numerous studies have proven that beta-glucans (1,3 and 1,6) are the most powerful natural immunomodulatory agents. They are characterized by stimulating and regulatory properties in relation to immunocompetent cells and do not have an immunotoxic effect. The main mechanism of action of beta-glucans is direct interaction with macrophage receptors, which activates nonspecific protective mechanisms and the development of a specific immune response: there is activation of cytotoxic macrophages, increased production of interleukin-1 by macrophages, stimulation of T-lymphocytes, increased production of other cytokines, increased levels of acute phase protein in blood serum. At the same time, beta-glucans optimize immune responses and have anti-inflammatory properties: at a high level of activation, they inhibit the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines - interleukin-6 and interleukin-12 and increase the synthesis of interferon. As a result, beta-glucans are effective in most acute and chronic diseases accompanied by immune system dysfunction.
Beta-glucans also have a positive effect on lipid metabolism, reduce cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood, have antioxidant properties, and normalize the intestinal microbiota.
Selenium is a trace element necessary for maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system. It increases the production of white blood cells and their protection against free radicals that arise during the neutralization of pathogenic bacteria. Selenium stimulates the formation of antibodies, which strengthen the body's defenses against infectious diseases.
Walnut shell extract contains a large number of biologically active substances: glycosides, flavonoids, carotene, vitamins C, B1, B2, PP, iron, sulfur, etc. It helps strengthen immunity and increases the body's resistance to acute and chronic diseases.
Due to its complex effect on the immune system, BETA-IMMUNE improves the functional state of cellular and humoral immunity (including increasing nonspecific resistance) and reduces inflammatory reactions, accelerates healing, and prevents the development of inflammatory processes.
Recommendations for use
Recommended for adults to normalize the functional state of the immune system in acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases: intestinal infections, liver diseases of various etiologies (including viral hepatitis B and C), inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract (including laryngopharyngitis, pneumonia); diseases of the genitourinary system (cystitis, pyelonephritis, vaginitis, genital herpes, cytomegalovirus infection, chlamydia, mycoplasmosis); other inflammatory diseases (recurrent herpes, chronic furunculosis) and in hyperproliferative conditions. As well as for general strengthening of the body (especially during physical exertion and stress) and prevention of the development of inflammatory processes.
Dosage and methods of administration.
Adults should take 1 capsule per day for the prevention of diseases, 2-3 capsules per day for infectious and inflammatory diseases. Take 30 minutes before or after meals, with water. The course of use is 1-2 months, if necessary, it can be repeated several times a year. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
