Composition
1 bottle of 40 ml (ml) contains: active ingredients: bacterial component (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus megaterium) – 1×106 CFU/ml (ml), enzyme complex of bacteria of the genus Bacillus; excipients: purified water, dimethicone, phenoxyethanol, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, fragrance.
General properties
Bioplasmix throat spray is a product based on spore-forming bacteria of the genus Bacillus, which have a wide range of antagonistic properties against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.
Bacteria of the genus Bacillus contribute to the maintenance of local natural defenses, inhibiting the development and displacing harmful bacteria on the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and oropharynx due to the chemical and biological effects of their waste products.
Bacteria of the genus Bacillus contribute to the restoration of the balance of the microflora of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract, produce substances with antibiotic properties that act on pathogenic microorganisms, as well as enzymes - amylases and proteases that are able to dissolve foreign proteins. Stimulate the synthesis of endogenous interferon, stimulate the body's natural defenses (improve the function of the colonization resistance barrier) against pathogenic viruses and bacteria.
In in vitro studies, Bacillus bacteria secreted substances that had an effect on various types of viruses (rhinoviruses, poliovirus type I, ECHO 3 and ECHO 6, adenoviruses, coronaviruses), fungi of the genus Candida, and the bacteria K. pneumoniae, S. aureus, P. vulgaris, P. aeruginosa, Salmonella spp., E. coli, Sh.sonnei, Sh.flexneri IIa, and St. pneumonia.
Compounds secreted by Bacillus subtilis reduce the risk of infection, manifestations of inflammation, promote the restoration of damaged epithelial cells, and thus contribute to the normalization of the condition of the mucous membrane in inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
Bioplasmix throat spray, thanks to the production of bioactive substances by bacteria of the genus Bacillus, helps create a biomolecular natural barrier and prevent the development of inflammatory processes in the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and oropharynx.
Recommendations for use
Bioplasmix throat spray promotes competitive displacement of unwanted bacteria, viruses, and fungi, therefore it is recommended as an adjuvant for bacterial, viral, and fungal infections of the oral cavity and throat (in case of damage to the throat mucosa, chronic tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis), the first manifestations of which may be a tingling sensation and irritation in the throat.
It can be recommended for people who experience discomfort in the throat associated with a disruption in the balance of microflora, which is caused by the action of adverse external factors (inhalation of smoke or irritants).
In order to restore the balance of the oral microflora, it can be used for diseases of the teeth and gums; after local and/or systemic use of antibiotics.
Method of administration and doses
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Shake well before use. To properly use Bioplasmix Throat Spray, remove the protective cap, hold the bottle vertically, direct the spray into the mouth, press the base of the spray with two fingers and inject. Clean the spray and replace the protective cap. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Children 3 years and older and adults should use 2-3 sprays 3-4 times a day for 10-14 days. After using the spray, do not drink or eat for 30 minutes. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen during use of the product, consult a doctor.
Reservation
The sprayer must be rinsed after each use. Sharing the same bottle with multiple people can lead to infection. It is recommended to close the cap tightly after use. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use. Do not use after the expiration date stated on the package. Do not use if the package is damaged. Avoid contact with eyes.
Contraindication
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product. Do not use in children under 3 years of age, women during pregnancy and lactation, or people with immunodeficiencies.

Expiration date
2 years from date of manufacture. After first opening, use within 2 months.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25˚C, out of the reach of children, protected from light and heat sources.
