Method of application

Place 1 filter bag in a glass or enameled container, pour 100 ml (½ cup) of boiling water, close and let stand for 15 minutes. Adults and children over 16 years old should take ½ cup warm 3 times a day after meals. Children 3-7 years old - 2 dessert spoons 3 times a day after meals 7-12 years old - 2 tablespoons 3 times a day after meals 12-16 years old - ⅓ cup 3 times a day after meals.
