Description
Brasilen Brest is a balanced complex of non-hormonal biologically active substances that normalize the functional state and prevent the development of hyperplastic processes in the female reproductive organs by normalizing the hormonal balance of the female reproductive system.

Indole-3-carbinol (I-3-C) is a natural biologically active substance isolated from plants of the cruciferous family; has antiestrogenic properties, prevents the development of estrogen-dependent hyperproliferative processes; protects cells from the destructive effects of free radicals and toxins; blocks prooncogenic proteins E6/E7 in epithelial cells infected with human papillomavirus and is used for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
The characteristic smell of Brasilen Brest capsules is due to the indole-3-carbinol contained in them. Since indole-3-carbinol is obtained from plants of the cruciferous family (broccoli, Brussels sprouts), it has the natural smell of shredded cabbage that has been stored for a long time.
Chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus-castus) reduces prolactin production, eliminates hyperprolactinemia and normalizes the level of sex hormones. The active substances of chaste tree - bicyclic diterpenes, acting on dopamine D2 receptors of the hypothalamus, have a dopaminergic effect, suppressing the secretion and release of prolactin.
The extract of the primrose normalizes the ratio of gonadotropic hormones, increases the secretion of luteinizing hormone, as a result of which the synthesis of progesterone increases, which helps to normalize the imbalance between estrogens and progesterone and, as a result, eliminates hyperestrogenia. In addition, a decrease in prolactin content leads to the reverse development of pathological processes in the mammary gland, contributes to the narrowing of the milk ducts and eliminates the pain syndrome of mastodynia.
Epigallocatechin-3-gallate stimulates phagocytosis, affects its completion, increases the number of phagocytes. This substance has been shown to have angiostatic activity. In myomatous nodes, inhibition of vascular growth is observed. This limits tumor growth, and a decrease in the invasive activity of endometrial cells is noted. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate has an anti-inflammatory effect due to its effect on COX-2 and prostaglandins.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that exhibits antioxidant and radioprotective properties, participates in the biosynthesis of heme and proteins, cell proliferation and other important processes of cellular metabolism. Tocopherol is indispensable for normal reproductive processes: fertilization, fetal development, formation and functioning of the reproductive system. The immunomodulatory effect of vitamin E is due to the stimulation of T-cell and humoral immunity.
Methionine, by promoting the restoration of adenosylmethionine, necessary for the functioning of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT), improves the work of COMT, which, in turn, ensures methylation processes important for the body, including methylation at the stages of biotransformation.
Properties
The complex of biologically active substances included in Brasilen Brest normalizes the functional state of hormonal processes and prevents the development of hyperplastic processes in the reproductive organs of women by correcting the imbalance of the levels of female sex hormones (estrogens and progesterone). A decrease in prolactin levels leads to the reverse development of pathological processes in the mammary glands and eliminates pain. Rhythmic production and normalization of the ratio of gonadotropic hormones contribute to the normalization of the second phase of the menstrual cycle.
Recommendations for use
It is recommended as an additional source of indole-3-carbinol, epigallocatechin-3-gallate, vitamin E, methionine and primrose extract to normalize the functional state of the mammary glands in women.
Method of application
Women should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day or with meals. Duration of use is 1-3 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated several times a year. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Reservation
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Brasilene Brest should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Simultaneous use with grapefruit is not recommended.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding; individual intolerance to the components.
