Properties
Thanks to its balanced composition, the dietary supplement "Hrabra" contributes to:
- normalization of sex hormone metabolism in women: reduction of prolactin levels, normalization of estrogen metabolism, antiandrogenic effect.
- inhibition of the development of hyperplastic processes in the mammary glands and reproductive organs
- exhibits antiproliferative and antioxidant properties.
3-3'-Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a dimeric form of indole-3-carbinol, which is found in cruciferous vegetables such as Brussels sprouts and broccoli. In the acidic environment of the stomach, indole-3-carbinol is rapidly converted to diindolylmethane, which can affect estrogen levels and has antiproliferative effects. Studies have shown that diindolylmethane supplementation can stimulate the production of a less potent but more beneficial form of estrogen, 2-hydroxyesterone. Preclinical studies have shown that diindolylmethane promotes the formation of estrogen metabolites that help maintain healthy breast, endometrial, and cervical tissues. DIM is also the first pure androgen receptor antagonist isolated from the Brassicaceae family.
Chasteberry fruits. Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L.) is a shrub of the Chasteberry family, containing flavonoids, essential oils (cineole, pinene), diterpenes and iridoid glycosides. Chasteberry fruits and herb are usually included in the European Pharmacopoeia, BTF and pharmacopoeias of a number of European countries. In addition, in Western European and Asian medicine, the fruits are used for insufficient lactation, menstrual cycle disorders, and as a diuretic. The most important effect of chasteberry is the normalization of the level of sex hormones in women. It reduces the production of prolactin, normalizes the ratio of hormones in the second phase of the menstrual cycle, thereby correcting its disorders and relieving pain in the mammary glands.
Trans-resveratrol – polyphenol – glycosylated form of resveratrol, a powerful polyphenol antioxidant. Trans-resveratrol has the greatest biological activity and chemical stability. Sources of polyphenol: skin and seeds of red grapes, red wine, cocoa beans, dark chocolate, peanuts, tomatoes, red pepper and all dark berries: blueberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, lingonberries, mulberries. Trans-resveratrol is a powerful plant antioxidant, which in its effectiveness exceeds vitamins E, C and beta-carotene. Polyphenol neutralizes the negative impact on the body of free radicals that damage cells and lead to the development of dangerous diseases. Trans-resveratrol is a powerful oncoprotector in the mammary glands.
Sulforaphane is a powerful phytochemical found primarily in green vegetables. Sulforaphane is formed by the hydrolysis of glucoraphanin, which is found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kohlrabi, watercress, etc. Sulforaphane has antioxidant (free radical scavenging), antibacterial, and cancer-protective properties. Clinical studies have shown that sulforaphane reduces the ability of cancer cells to multiply. This means that it may slow tumor growth or reduce its ability to spread to other parts of the body.
