Composition

active substances: 1 tablet contains: Atropa bella-donna D4 - 30 mg, Bryonia D4 - 60 mg, Cephaelis ipecacuanha D4 - 30 mg, Hyoscyamus niger D4 - 60 mg, Kalium stibyltartaricum D4 - 30 mg, Kreosotum D5 - 30 mg, Lobaria pulmonaria D4 - 30 mg, Lobelia inflata D4 - 30 mg;

excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Pharmacological properties

The drug has an anti-inflammatory, expectorant, bronchodilator, antitussive and immunomodulatory effect, which is based on the activation of the body's defenses and the normalization of impaired functions due to substances of plant and mineral origin that are part of the drug.

Indication

Acute, chronic inflammatory and obstructive diseases of the respiratory tract, bronchitis, tracheitis, smoker's cough, bronchial asthma, pleurisy.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use the drug in children under 3 years of age.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

Application features

The drug contains lactose, therefore patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not take the drug.

At the beginning of treatment with the drug, a short-term exacerbation of existing symptoms of the disease (primary reaction) is possible. In this case, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

Method of administration and doses

Single dose: adults and children over 6 years old – 1 tablet under the tongue (until completely dissolved), children from 3 to 6 years old – grind 1 tablet into powder and, stirring thoroughly, dissolve in 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of boiled water at room temperature and take a single dose: 2 teaspoons (store the remaining solution in a place protected from light at room temperature for no more than one day).

Take 3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.

In case of acute onset of the disease, take a single dose every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours.

The doctor may reduce the frequency of administration to 1-2 times a day and, if necessary, repeat the course of treatment after 2-3 weeks.

The possibility of using the drug for more than 5 days depends on the severity and course of the disease and is determined by the doctor individually. Do not take a double dose if you forgot to take the previous one.

Children

The drug is used to treat children aged 3 years and older.
