Recommendations for use

Dietary supplement to the diet as a general tonic and a natural source of inulin, vitamins (C, group B), micro- and macroelements (zinc, selenium, magnesium, potassium, calcium). Promotes normalization of metabolism, primarily carbohydrate and mineral; improves the functional state of the respiratory organs, liver, gastrointestinal tract, in particular the function of the pancreas; has mild choleretic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, diaphoretic, antimicrobial and hypoglycemic properties.

It is not a medicine.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Method of application

For adults, pour 1 tablespoon of roots with 1 glass (200 ml) of hot water, let it brew for 30 minutes, strain. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 20–30 days.

Or: for adults, pour 100 ml (ml) of boiling water over 1 filter bag, cover and let stand for 15–20 minutes. Take 100 ml (ml) of the infusion 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of administration is 20–30 days.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Storage conditions
