Composition
active ingredient: 1 bottle contains tincture of calendula flowers (Calendulae flores) (1:10) (extractant – ethanol 70% (v/v)) 40 ml or 50 ml.

Pharmacological properties
Biologically active substances contained in calendula flowers and flower baskets (flavonoid and carotenoid glycosides, saponins, tannins, essential oil, organic acids) have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and moderate choleretic effects.
Indication
Topically - as an antiseptic for infected (purulent) wounds, burns, skin cuts and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, gums (stomatitis, gingivitis), pharynx, tonsils (tonsillitis, pharyngitis), internally - as a choleretic for biliary dyskinesia, cholangitis, cholecystitis (as part of complex therapy).
Contraindication
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
Calendula tincture enhances the effect of other anti-inflammatory and choleretic agents (in particular, preparations based on chamomile and yarrow). When used simultaneously with any other medications, you should inform your doctor.
Application features
Since the preparation contains ethanol, it is not recommended to take the tincture for a long time.

Method of administration and doses
Calendula tincture is taken orally 15-30 minutes before meals, diluted in a small amount of warm boiled water. Adults are prescribed 10-20 drops of tincture 3-4 times a day for 1 month. Children over 12 years old - at the rate of 1 drop of tincture per 1 year of life 3-4 times a day.
In the absence of a dropper stopper for the use of a medicinal product sealed with a stopper, use a glass medical pipette, while the dosage will not change.
To rinse the mouth, dilute 1 teaspoon of tincture in a glass of warm boiled water.
The method of application of the drug for local applications depends on the nature of the skin lesion and is determined by the doctor.
The duration of use of the drug depends on the achieved therapeutic effect and tolerability of the drug.
