Recommendations for use
Karipain cream is recommended for use as an adjuvant for osteochondrosis, intervertebral hernias, joint contractures, and other diseases of the spine and joints.
The cream is also used for keloid scars of various origins.
Glucosamine belongs to glycoproteins and takes an active part in the construction of cartilage tissue. Its basis is chitin - a natural polymer obtained from the shells of crustaceans.
Glucosamine has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of cartilage tissue, stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans and collagen. Glucosamine is used in diseases of the spine and joints as a natural metabolite capable of providing a protective and reparative effect on cartilage tissue.
Papain – monothiol cysteine endoprotease – is a natural enzyme of plant origin, obtained from the milky juice of papaya (Carica Papaya). The introduction of papain into the area of the damaged vertebra and joints promotes the lysis of necrotic structures. In certain concentrations, papain affects the intervertebral hernia, which begins to gradually decrease, becomes soft. This is enough to release the nerve ending that it is pinching, and the pain in the vertebra gradually disappears. Papain also acts on the entire damaged intervertebral disc, enhancing the regeneration of cartilage tissue.
Sodium hyaluronate – a non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan – is a polysaccharide of animal origin. It inhibits cartilage degeneration and the release of proteoglycans from the intercellular matrix of cartilage tissue, protects the surface of articular cartilage, normalizes the properties of synovial fluid and reduces pain perception.
