Recommendations for use
Caripain Ultra gel is recommended for use as an adjunct to osteochondrosis, intervertebral hernias, joint contractures, and other diseases of the spine and joints.
The gel is also used for contractures and keloid scars of various origins.
Boswellia extract was obtained from the resin of the tree Boswellia Serrata L., R. Burzerovi. Boswellia extract is used as an anti-inflammatory agent (the mechanism of action is close to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Boswellia blocks the synthesis of leukotrienes, which are one of the main factors of inflammation. At the same time, it does not reduce glycosaminoglycan synthesis and does not cause negative effects. Boswellia extract has antiseptic, antimicrobial and sedative properties.
Transcutol is a new generation transcutaneous (transdermal) conductor. It provides dosed transport of active substances of the gel through the skin into the depths of the tissues. It also provides dosed release of active substances and their complexes in target tissues.
Papain – monothiol cysteine endoprotease – is a natural enzyme of plant origin, obtained from the milky juice of papaya (Carica Papaya). The introduction of papain into the area of the damaged vertebra and joints promotes the lysis of necrotic structures. In certain concentrations, papain affects the intervertebral hernia, which begins to gradually decrease, becomes soft. This is enough to release the nerve ending that it is pinching, and the pain in the vertebra gradually disappears. Papain also acts on the entire damaged intervertebral disc, enhancing the regeneration of cartilage tissue.
Chondroitin sulfate is a high-molecular mucopolysaccharide that has a chondroprotective effect, stimulates the regeneration of cartilage tissues, promotes water retention and restoration of the shock-absorbing functions of cartilage tissues. Provides anti-inflammatory effect, allows to increase joint mobility and reduce pain perception. Chondroitin sulfate penetrates into the structures of the cartilage matrix and provides a direct effect on metabolic processes.
