Passionflower extract contains vitamins, carotenoids, flavonoids, including vitexin, coumarins, cyanogenic glycoside, saponins, quinones, indole alkaloids, trace elements (iron, selenium, calcium, magnesium). Passionflower extract has a calming effect, improves mood, sleep, and increases performance.

Valerian root extract. Biologically active substances of valerian root extract reduce the excitability of the central nervous system, have a sedative effect, improve the activity of the cardiovascular system, and help reduce high blood pressure. The effects of valerian develop gradually, but over a long period of time.

Hawthorn flower extract contains quercetin, flavonoids, choline, tannins, phytosterols. Biologically active substances of hawthorn flower extract have the ability to improve the functioning of the heart muscle, blood circulation in the vessels of the heart and brain, and normalize the rhythm of cardiac activity.

Hop cone extract contains essential oil, bitters, choline, asparagine, organic acids, estrogen-like substances. Along with the calming and sedative effect, the biologically active substances of hop cone extract have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

Contraindication

Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy and breastfeeding, children under 12 years of age.
