Composition
active substances: 2.0 ml of solution contains: Acidum thiocticum D8 - 2 mg, Arnica montana D4 - 200 mg, Cartilago suis D6 - 2 mg, Coenzym A D8 - 2 mg, Embryo totalis suis D6 - 2 mg, Funiculus umbilicalis suis D6 - 2 mg, Nadidum D8 - 2 mg, Natrium diethyloxalaceticum D8 - 2 mg, Placenta totalis suis D6 - 2 mg, Rhus toxicodendron D2 - 10 mg, Sanguinaria sanadensis D4 - 3 mg, Solanum dulcamara D3 - 10 mg, Sulfur D6 - 3.6 mg, Symphytum officinale D6 - 10 mg;
Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics. The drug has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, chondroprotective and regenerative effects, which are based on the activation of the body's defenses and the normalization of impaired functions due to substances of plant, mineral and animal origin that are part of the drug.
Indication
Arthrosis (in particular gonarthrosis); polyarthrosis, spondyloarthrosis, shoulder-scapular periarthritis.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family (including Arnica), poison ivy or to other components of the drug.

Method of administration and doses
Single dose: adults and children over 12 years old - 2 ml, children from 6 to 12 years old - 1.5 ml. Apply a single dose 1-3 times a week in the form of intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal, intravenous (jet), intra-, periarticular and paravertebral injections, as well as into acupuncture points. In case of diseases of large joints, a single dose for adults is 4 ml. In case of complicated diseases, a single age-specific dose should be applied for 3 days in a row, then twice a week.
The course of treatment is 2-5 weeks.
Children
Do not use in children under 6 years of age (due to lack of clinical experience).
